24:08Now PlayingAuthorities say Jake and Rebecca Haro have now been officially charged with the murder of their 7-month-old son Emmanuel, who investigators believe died around August 5th—days before the couple falsely claimed he was kidnapped. At a press conference, Riverside County’s district attorney revealed they have a “strong indication” of where Emmanuel’s remains may be, and said Jake allegedly confessed to a jail informant, though Rebecca is still sticking to her story. The DA also blasted a judge’s prior decision to give Jake a break in a 2018 child abuse case that left his infant daughter permanently disabled, saying it may have prevented Emmanuel’s death. Law&Crime’s Chris Stewart is On the Case.
