21:32Now PlayingAriel Spillner, a 26-year-old pharmacy student from Wisconsin, was fatally shot while visiting a friend’s house to celebrate a birthday in Milwaukee. Police say her alleged killer, 32-year-old Jamica Simone Mills, who was also her close friend, claimed she became paranoid after smoking weed, retrieved a gun, and accidentally shot Ariel before injuring herself. Mills is now charged with first-degree reckless homicide and remains in custody on a $150,000 bond. Law&Crime’s Chris Stewart is On the Case.
