Police say McKee, a vascular surgeon and Monique’s ex-husband, is accused of carrying out a domestic violence–related double homicide, then fleeing back to Illinois, where he was later arrested and linked to the crime through surveillance, his vehicle, and weapons recovered from his apartment.
