Police arrested Robert Pacewicz, 83, after witnesses told police he side-swiped their vehicle, breaking a side mirror, according to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office. Body camera footage shows the 83-year-old denying the crash happened but later admitting to drinking wine. Pacewicz was booked for DUI with property damage, leaving the scene with property damage, and failure to sign. Court documents show he later pleaded not guilty to the charges.
