as posted by the channelThree people were arrested on New Smyrna Beach in Florida after two were allegedly spotted holding Twisted Teas where alcohol is prohibited. Ohio natives Makayla Moneypenny, 20, David Stacy, 19, and Avarie Mcinnes, 18, were all taken to jail after police confronted them on the Fourth of July. Makayla can be seen on bodycam videos badgering police and hurling insults at them like ‘Don’t you have a family?’ and ‘Your wife is probably cheating on you.’ Among the other two, David kept tight-lipped and was ultimately charged with underage possession of alcohol while Avarie allegedly tried to give false information to police earning an extra charge. Moneypenny was said to be "bratty" in her actions. Makayla was booked for disorderly intoxication and resisting an officer. Watch the incident unfold on this episode of Law&Crime BodyCam.
