Police took Clifton Archie, 33, into custody after he was caught on hidden cameras in the city-owned vehicle. An arrest report shows investigators were alerted after the car was started illegally and tracked the vehicle by GPS before deploying an auto-off feature that stopped the car in its tracks. Clifton ran off and was later found by a K9 Deputy hiding in a shed where this fishing expedition came to a dramatic conclusion.
