John Delee, the man accused of shooting and killing 24-year-old Timothy Pouliot outside a New Hampshire bar in January 2023 begins his trial almost a year after the crime. Delee has been indicted for second degree murder, claiming he shot Pouliot in ‘self-defense’. The 22-year-old faces life behind bars, if found guilty.
