35:27Now PlayingIn a pre-trial hearing Friday, Alec Baldwin’s defense team argued that witnesses recently added to the state’s witness list should be excluded from trial. In the defense’s argument, Baldwin’s team called the state’s recent additions a “manipulation of the court system.” Ultimately, the judge ruled in favor of the state and is allowing all witnesses on the state’s list to testify if they’re called.

Famed actor and movie producer Alec Baldwin was indicted on one count of involuntary manslaughter in January for the death of 42-year-old cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Hutchins died on Baldwin’s “Rust” movie set. Armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter for Hutchins’ death. She was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
