15:31Now PlayingRashad Murphy, the fourth murder suspect in the death of Florida rapper Julio Foolio, made his first court appearance on Thursday afternoon. A pre-trial hearing was set for Tuesday, September 3, 2024. The other suspects, Isaiah Chance, Alicia Andrews and Sean Gathright, all pleaded not guilty when they were in court on Monday. Foolio, aka Charles Jones, was fatally shot while celebrating his 26th birthday outside a Holiday Inn in Tampa, Florida on June 23. Davion Murphy is the final suspect in the deadly Tampa shooting that is still on the run. He is also believed to be one of the shooters responsible for killing the Jacksonville rapper.
