as posted by the channelKyndra Violette, the daughter of shooting victim Kyle Violette, took the stand on Wednesday and recalled the horrifying moment she saw her father get shot by defendant Jason Levesque after the two got into a heated argument. Kyndra said she saw the defendant pull out a gun and point it at her father. She ran outside to calm the situation, but by the time she got there, her father was on the ground, bleeding from his injuries. Kyndra then shouted at Jason, “You shot my father!”
