While the convicted fugitive was being cross-examined by the defense team, he claimed that Wendi Adelson was the one who wanted Dan killed. Rivera also said that Donna Adelson and her husband, Harvey, were not involved in the killing. Wendi Adelson has never been charged with a crime in connection with this case.
