1:29Now PlayingAlicia Andrews is the first of five defendants to stand trial for the murder of Jacksonville rapper, Julio Foolio. He was shot and killed in Tampa, Florida, on June 23, 2024. Prosecutors say Andrews acted as a lookout and tracked the rapper, whose real name is Charles Jones, while he celebrated his birthday in Tampa. Andrews was seen applying makeup and laughing alongside her attorney's prior to opening statements.
