Twenty-one-year-old Katrina Kitzman attended a hearing on Monday morning where she and her attorney decided to waive her preliminary hearing. Kitzman is accused of hitting an Appleton police officer with her car while allegedly driving with a .218 blood alcohol level. A judge ordered her to stand trial after waiving the hearing. Kitzman faces several charges including recklessly endangering safety, and hit and run involving injury.
