Cole Goldberg is on trial for allegedly strangling his '90 Day Fiancé' star girlfriend, Caroline Schwitzsky, on April 24, 2022, during Boca Bash in Florida. Prosecutors say the incident started after an argument between the former couple, and Schwitzsky swam away from Goldberg. The defense claimed that the reality star was using Goldberg, a "quiet, sweet boy."
