1:48:32Now PlayingKelsey Fitzsimmons, a former police officer charged with assault for allegedly pointing a gun at a colleague, has been granted to live at her own residence during her pretrial hearing. Fitzsimmons, who had been an officer with the North Andover Police Department in Massachusetts, was involved in an incident on June 30 while being served with a restraining order at her home. During the hearing, her attorney successfully argued for her to move to her own residence, citing her need for stable housing before a family court appearance. The judge approved the request.
