38:45Now PlayingPatrick McGuire, a special agent with the FBI, took the stand on Tuesday to discuss the investigation into finding 7-year-old Athena Strand after she went missing in November 2022. He discussed looking into a man named Tanner Horner, who delivered a package to the Strand home around the time that Athena went missing. During his investigation, authorities also learned about dash camera video in FedEx vehicles and were able to see that Horner put a little girl into the back of his van. They also learned that several deliveries were not delivered after he was at the Strand’s home.
