Toward the end of the day for George Pino, who is on trial in connection with a fatal boat crash that killed a teen, the prosecutor and Pino were involved in a tense exchange before court recessed. During the interaction, the prosecutor allegedly noticed Pino staring at her and responded, "Do you have something to say to me?" Pino replied, "I don't want to say anything to you," before the judge stepped in and ended the confrontation ahead of the day's recess.
