The state says Benning's final words to her best friend — "What did you put in my drink? I knew my drink tasted funny. You did this because you didn't want the baby" — along with forensic evidence showing extraordinarily high levels of cocaine, prove Taylor intentionally killed both Benning and their unborn daughter.
