Fernandez Saldana and Gardner are charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, solicitation and child abuse in the 2022 murder of Jared Bridegan, who was Gardner’s ex-husband. The Microsoft executive was gunned down in front of his young daughter in an alleged murder-for-hire.
