19:14Now PlayingIn a chilling court testimony, Kiara McCulley detailed the October 2022 slaying of Grace Jennings inside her mother’s garage. McCulley testified that her boyfriend, Isaac Apodaca, masterminded the plot and coerced her into it, threatening to harm her mother if she backed out. Describing the violent climax of the assault, McCulley confessed: “I closed my eyes and swung the sword.” McCulley injured herself during the attack, which ultimately claimed Jennings’ life.
