Prosecutors described Bridegan’s killing as a planned, “tactical ambush,” alleging a tire was deliberately left in the road to force Bridegan to stop before he was fatally shot in front of his young daughter. Fernandez-Saldana and Gardner allegedly paid Henry Tenon, a tenant at a property they owned, to kill Bridegan.
