50:19Now PlayingThe State says Richard Allen confessed more than 60 times to murdering two young teens, Abby Williams and Libby German. Williams and German were doing nothing other than going for a walk on an unseasonably warm February day in 2017.
Richard Allen claims he is being framed for the Delphi murders. He points to a shadowy group called Odinists, and says members of that group were even stationed as his prison guards. His lawyers argue that Libby and Abby were killed in a ritualistic murder and Nordic runes were painted in blood on trees or arranged on the bodies of the young girls.
