Prosecutors say Natalie Cochran poisoned her husband Michael because he was about to find out about the Ponzi scheme. The defense is expected to argue he was part of it and that he died of ill health because he took unapproved medications and supplements for bodybuilding.

Natalie Cochran's case is on trial now in West Virginia. Cochran is already serving 11 years in federal prison for a Ponzi scheme that drained 100% of the savings of her in-laws and others. She was even accused of stealing from the Little League and faking cancer.
