Au Pair Affair Trial: MAJOR Twist Coming

Until now, the Au Pair Affair trial has revolved around one witness: the Brazilian au pair, Juliana Magalhães.

Both the prosecution and the defense have built their entire cases around whether the jury believes her — and which version of her story they accept.

But that may be about to change.

With defendant Brandon Banfield now expected to take the stand, the focus of the trial is poised to shift dramatically. In this video, I break down how the case has been shaped around Juliana’s testimony so far — and why the defendant’s testimony could fundamentally alter everything the jury has heard up to this point.
