The simple answer is, "No." The Fourth Amendment to The Constitution gives you a protection from unreasonable search and seizure. That means that you have a Constitutionally protected right to refuse a search if the officer asks you.
Now, if the officer has probable cause, then he can do a search. But otherwise, you have the right to say, "No." It doesn't mean you're guilty. It just means you're exercising a right given to you by our forefathers.
