Conservative peer Lord David Frost and the SNP's Stephen Flynn speak to Andrew Marr about the Speaker's decision-making during PMQs, whereby Diane Abbott was not called upon to speak over 'racism scandals.

This comes as Rishi Sunak has insisted Tory donor Frank Hester's 'remorse should be accepted' amid racism row as he resists calls to give back £10 million.

Stephen Flynn says: 'I cannot fathom how the Speaker didn't allow Diane Abbott to use her own voice on a matter intrinsically linked to her as a person.'

'This often happens to governments who are in a difficult position in the election. Things stat to go wrong, you can't impose your story on what's happening, everything turns against you...we can't get the good news through and the bad news wants it' says Lord Frost.
