This comes as hundreds of thousands of students may not be able to vote should an October election be called, with universities warning they may not be able to be registered in time.
Caller Bob accuses Carol Vorderman of failing to have an 'intelligent conversation' about voter fraud and the introduction of voter ID.
Bob tells Vorderman: "You seem to care more about whataboutery than evidence."
