Ben Reiff, senior editor of the +972 Magazine tells James O’Brien he thinks the Israeli Prime Minister is ‘keeping the far-right in his coalition’ to potentially move towards annexing the northern part of the Gaza Strip.

It comes after Israeli forces intensified bombardments throughout the Gaza Strip and issued additional evacuation orders, sparking a new wave of displacement from northern Gaza.

Palestinians fear they may not be able to return to these areas.

According to Palestinian health officials, at least 10 people were killed, and several others wounded, in an Israeli airstrike targeting a school that was sheltering displaced families in Gaza City’s Shati refugee camp.
