In a speech at the Leading Women Defined Summit, the former Vice President said, 'There were many things that we knew would happen... I am not here to say I told you so.'
Harris criticised the White House for contributing to a 'sense of fear' and described their recent actions as 'unconstitutional'.
The recent Democrat nominee said, "We are in the midst of seeing progress being rolled back."
Former President Barack Obama also criticised the second Trump administration for the tariffs in a speech at Hamilton College.
Obama also called out the President for threatening universities and law firms, and for what he argued as upending the international order.
