YouTube Description
as posted by the channelNigel Farage joins Nick Ferrari to respond to Reform UK’s dramatic victory in the Runcorn by-election.
The contest between Reform candidate Sarah Pochin and Labour’s Karen Shore came down to the wire, with just four votes initially separating them, prompting Labour to call for a recount.
In the end, Reform clinched the win by six votes, making it one of the tightest by-election results in history.
“If I’d told you a year ago that Reform would win this by-election, you’d have looked at me like I was from Mars,” Farage tells Nick. “It’s a huge win.”
Nick is also joined by LBC political correspondent Natasha Clark, who describes the result as “a huge defeat for Labour,” warning that “if the polls continue like this, we’re heading for a hung parliament.”
Renowned pollster Sir John Curtice echoes that sentiment, noting: “Reform are now significant players, at least for the time being, in our electoral politics, and they challenge the traditional dominance of the Conservatives and Labour.”
