YouTube Description
as posted by the channelThe ACLU is representing Memphis residents who are being wrongfully retaliated against by the Memphis Safe Task Force after legally recording their mass traffic stops and large-scale immigration arrests that have wreaked havoc on their city. The Task Force agents have threatened to arrest them; gotten physical; taken photos of their faces; called them out by name; and even tailed them in unmarked vehicles and lingered outside their homes. The lawsuit also challenges the Task Force’s unlawful application of the state’s “Halo Law," after they have repeatedly used the law to prevent Memphians from gathering information and recording their operations.
