YouTube Description
as posted by the channelThe collapse of Kilmar Abrego Garcia's criminal case on the grounds of vindictive prosecution has sparked a bar complaint against Donald Trump's Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche. One of the rules Blanche is accused of violating forbids presenting or threatening to present criminal charges to obtain an advantage in a civil matter. U.S. District Judge Waverly Crenshaw found that Blanche did exactly that in Abrego's criminal case, charging the Maryland immigrant as payback because he successfully opposed his abduction to El Salvador all the way up to the Supreme Court. The Campaign for Accountability filed the complaint, and its communications director Michael Clauw explains what happens next. Adam Klasfeld of All Rise News hosts.
