10:04Now PlayingDonald Trump won't receive a fast-track to the Supreme Court in his race to overturn his 34 felony convictions. That's the bottom line of a ruling by U.S. District Judge Alvin Hellerstein, denying Trump a transfer to federal court. Instead, Trump will have to exhaust his appeals with in the New York judiciary, but one of Hellerstein's findings could loom large moving ahead. The judge rejected Trump's arguments that evidence used against him violated the Supreme Court's immunity ruling. Adam Klasfeld of All Rise News explains.
