2:44Now PlayingIn a previous video I already said that I believe if Donald Trump were to win back the Presidency, be convicted, and then self pardon, that the activist Conservative Supreme Court would rule that he has the authority to self pardon if that was challenged.
However, some of my listeners did not believe that Donald Trump has that authority, citing some legal experts (despite my believing that those legal experts wouldn't matter since we have an activist Conservative Supreme Court).
So what might happen if we had a Supreme Court that did not rule in Donald Trump's favor and said that he could not self pardon? I describe a potential convoluted scheme that would probably work that I worked out in my head live on the air.
