Matt Gaetz has proposed a bill to change birthright citizenship rules because he feels that we are applying it differently than the people in jolly old England and in the Roman empire did. That's right, Matt Gaetz (just like Alito in the Dobbs decision) cited laws outside of the US to determine what our Constitution means.

So during my last podcast, I reviewed the proposed bill and gave my critique of it.
