U.S. Marshals arrested 38-year-old Cleotha Abston on Sept. 3 after police detected his DNA on a pair of sandals near where Fletcher was last seen. Memphis Police said officers in the 1600 block of Victor Street located a "deceased party" the evening of Sept. 5. The body was identified early Tuesday as being Eliza Fletcher
