Deputy Devin Williams Jr., 24, has been taken into custody after calling the police station and saying he wanted to surrender. Authorities were first called to the scene overnight and the suspect had fled after two people were fatally shot inside a home. Police have not given any details about motive but say there is a connection between Williams and the alleged victims, who authorities said were a married couple.
