Hutchins was killed on Oct. 21, 2021, after a gun Baldwin was holding fired on the New Mexico movie set. Attorney Gloria Allred announced the new lawsuit during a press conference on Thursday, Feb. 9, 2023. She is representing Hutchins' parents and sister.
