In a Facebook post, LCSO says Joseph A. Couch is considered to be armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to call the London-Laurel County 911 Center by calling 911 or 606-878-7000.
Earlier on Saturday, Kentucky authorities reported an "active shooter situation," with "numerous" people shot. At this time, there are no further details on injuries, potential casualties, or number of people impacted.
