6:43Now PlayingFlorida law enforcement has made at least two arrests for alleged voter intimidation, including a man in Palm Beach County accused of showing up at a polling site and shouting antisemitic remarks about a candidate.
The other arrest was in Neptune Beach, Florida where police said a supporter of former President Donald Trump waved a machete at supporters of Vice President Kamala Harris at a polling location in Duval County.
Jonathan Diaz, the director of Voting Advocacy and Partnerships at the Campaign Legal Center joined LiveNOW from FOX’s Josh Breslow to discuss what constitutes voter intimidation, the potential penalties and what to do if you’re a victim.
