We are also learning more as the Supreme Court says they will allow Lisa Cook to remain as a Federal Reserve governor for now. LiveNOW’s Austin Westfall is hearing more about the Trump administration’s economic outlook this week with Jeffrey Roach, Chief Economist with LPL Financial.
"History suggests that a government shutdown will have limited economic and financial market impact, but there is potential for some market turbulence in the coming days," Doug Beath, global equity strategist at Wells Fargo Investment Institute, said in a note.
