38:22Now PlayingThere's no denying that Trooper Michael Proctor is a piece of trash! Wednesday marked the first part of his trial board hearing, which is set to wrap up on February 10th though IMO the state may drag this out until the Read case and Walshe case wrap, but I could be wrong. Proctor was a lead investigator and witness for the Commonwealth in the Karen Read trial, which will resume in April. As he pinned Read as the lead suspect within hours into his investigation his bias towards Read was discovered in nasty degrading text messages that he engaged with his superiors while investigating the death of Boston Police Office John O' Keefe. He's also involved in the high-profile Brian Walshe case, set for October. If Proctor is found guilty of all charges (which he should be), it will have significant implications for the Karen Read case and potentially lead to a major civil rights violation lawsuit, with the possibility of a multimillion-dollar settlement. 😂 Ret. MA State Police officer Todd McGhee joined my live show last night to walk us through the trial board process and what the future looks like for Trooper Proctor.
