NIGHT SCHOOL: Laura Loomer’s RACIST Meltdown, MAGA Hits HBCUs, Candace Owens' Charlie Kirk’s Theory

On tonight’s episode of NIGHT SCHOOL with Marc Lamont Hill, we’re breaking down three stories exposing the fault lines of race, power, and politics in America.

First, Texas Rep. Jasmine Crockett is under attack again, this time from far-right agitator Laura Loomer, who called her a “ghetto Black bitch” on X after Crockett criticized a House resolution honoring Charlie Kirk. Crockett’s pushback against Kirk’s history of racist rhetoric has made her a prime target for conservatives, but the backlash against Loomer is raising bigger questions about the treatment of Black women in public office.

Second, Tennessee State University students stood firm when a MAGA-linked group calling themselves the “Fearless Debaters” stormed their campus uninvited, waving anti-DEI and anti-immigrant signs. They got escorted off without incident, but their attempt to use an HBCU as a stage shows how these culture war battles are landing directly on Black institutions.

And finally, Charlie Kirk’s killing is now sparking infighting on the right. Kirk’s own pastor rebuked Candace Owens for spreading conspiracies tying his death to his views on Israel and Gaza, warning she’s dishonoring his memory. Owens is doubling down while MAGA figures like Tucker Carlson accuse Netanyahu of exploiting Kirk’s name.

The most controversial theme of tonight’s discussion: how race and political violence are being weaponized to divide Black communities, while even the MAGA world tears itself apart over loyalty, Israel, and truth.
