Ukraine is grappling with a shortage of military resources, as it tries to fend off Russia's invasion. The leaders of Germany, France and Poland have been meeting in Berlin, to talk about support for Kyiv.
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz is hosting French President Emmanuel Macron and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk at the chancellery.
