3:06Now PlayingGovernor Mark Dayton signs the FY2012-2013 omnibus agriculture finance bill in a State Capitol ceremony Friday, April 15th. The bill appropriates $76.8 million over the next two years for the Dept. of Agriculture, Board of Animal Health and Agricultural Utilization Research. The funding represents about a 11.4 percent reduction from current funding levels. It is the first major budget bill to be signed this legislative session. Comments from Governor Mark Dayton, Senate Agriculture Committee Chair Doug Magnus, R-Slayton, and lead Senate DFL member Gary Kubly, DFL-Granite Falls.
