13:44Now PlayingThe Minnesota Supreme Court issued its decision Monday, August 27, upholding the legislature's authority to submit titles for proposed constitutional amendments placed on general election ballots. The court's decision requires the Secretary of State's Office to use the legislative-established titles for the 2012 proposed constitutional amendments, one asking voters if the state constitution should define marriage as a union between a man and a woman; the second asking voters if the constitution should require voters to present a photo ID before their ballot is counted.
