6:40Now PlayingGovernor Mark Dayton released his FY 2014-2015 budget proposal at a media-filled event Tuesday, January 22nd. Unlike previous gubernatorial budget releases, the $37.9 billion dollar proposal includes wide-ranging tax changes in addition to the proposed funding levels for state government functions, including education.
