Also, Senator Scott Newman, R-Hutchinson, who also has been touring the state, discusses the priorities and parameters of a bonding package that would gain his support.
Finally, days are becoming colder in Minnesota, and Commerce Commissioner Mike Rothman highlights a state program designed to help Minnesotans weatherize their homes.
