The measure to raise the age to purchase tobacco products in Minnesota from eighteen to twenty-one has both bicameral and bipartisan support. The proposal also includes the Vaping Awareness and Prevention Act, an addition to the school-based health curriculum standards, in an effort to combat the increase in teenage vaping.
