Senator Sandy Pappas, DFL-St. Paul, discusses her bill that would end child marriage in Minnesota, and Senator Roger Chamberlain, R-Lino Lakes, explains his two sports-related measures, one that would legalize sports betting and another bill that would allow college athletes to be paid for use of their image.
Also on the program, Governor Tim Walz proposes a supplemental budget that reserves funds to address COVID-19 and signs a measure that dedicates about $21 million dollars to address the pandemic.
